Shipping household goods to Russia

A dedicated corridor with full support: importing personal belongings into Russia on return relocation, the resettlement programme, or personal-effects import — packing, customs, documents and insurance.

  • Duty relief on used goods by status. For returning residents and resettlement, used personal property is imported under relief; we check documents with a broker in advance. Without relief — 30% of value, but not less than 4 €/kg.
  • We clear customs — you don’t take part. We prepare the power of attorney, declarations and transit document and see the shipment through to release.
  • Door-to-door with carry-in and, on request, unpacking and furniture reassembly.

FAQ

Shipping to Russia — FAQ

Can I import used household goods into Russia duty-free?

Returning residents and participants of the resettlement programme may qualify for relief on used personal property, typically when imported within the qualifying period after gaining status. Conditions depend on your status and are decided by customs — we can’t guarantee the outcome, but we prepare the documents to qualify. Without relief, the charge is indicatively 4 €/kg.

How do goods reach Russia?

Consolidated by road from Europe to our Baltic hub, then customs warehouse and delivery within Russia. Long-haul and island origins may move by sea. Transit times depend on the route.

What documents are required?

Passport, proof of status (return / resettlement) and a detailed inventory (we prepare it). We handle export and import clearance end to end.

Is the shipment insured?

Yes — premium insurance for the full declared value: 3% of the sum, minimum €90, door to door.
