Business relocation
Business relocation is one of the main areas of work for ELP Cargo. We offer a full organization of relocation for business companies, with a guarantee and on the "turnkey" basis. We can organize such services as moving one of your employees or even the entire office, including all computers, office furniture, chairs and office supplies. Our experienced workers can disassemble and carefully pack all of your furniture. We organize relocation of offices and employees to more than 170 countries around the world.
Office relocation process for business clients
The first step in your move is to contact us by phone or e-mail. Our experienced specialists will call you back and discuss all the details needed to calculate the services. After finding out the best options and the most favorable logistics route, we will send you a commercial offer.

Calculation of moving costs
Calculating the price of services requires an individual approach. The price of the move will depend on the final volume of the cargo, its weight, the size of the oversized units, the type of packaging used, registration requirements and the type of transportation. We also always assess the need for additional services, such as additional packing and unpacking of cargo, delivery to the premises, disassembly or assembly of furniture, packaging waste removal, customs payments and many other nuances that we will discuss with you before sending you an offer.
Relocation for business customers
Before the move, all services and costs are agreed upon and then followed by the signing of the application and contract. Depending on the package of services provided, the exact date of the packing work must first be planned. First of all, large items such as tables, wardrobes, chairs, other furniture have to be dismantled, and then all items are packed. We use the highest quality packaging materials to ensure that items are not damaged during international shipping. Our experienced staff will pack and label the cargo and make a detailed list of all items being transported. Especially fragile items are packed in several mixed layers.

After packing, your cargo will be delivered to our warehouse, where it will be additionally processed, assembled and attached to standardized pallets and, if there is a need, a special box will be made for transportation. In addition, the load is consolidated and, depending on the direction, distributed between different vehicles.
Transport itself takes place in one or more main ways, depending on the direction, by sea, air or road. A multimodal type of transport is also used, involving two or more modes of transport on the same route. Our experienced specialists help you organize all the necessary documents and perform customs procedures. Further, after all customs procedures have been completed and delivered to the destination, the cargo can be delivered to the door and unloaded with a rear lift or the service of unloading, bringing things into the premises, collecting furniture and removing garbage can be provided.
